If your plans change, the refund depends on how far ahead of your arrival you cancel. Please read the terms below before booking.
If you cancel 45 days or more before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund, less a processing fee of INR 500 per room (or its standard international equivalent) and any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred.
If you cancel between 30 and 45 days before check-in, we retain 30% of the total payment and refund the remaining 70%, excluding any non-refundable guarantee deposits.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% will be refunded, less applicable standard expenses.
If you cancel 7 to 15 days before arrival, an 85% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 15% will be refunded, less any guarantee expenses already incurred.
If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, cancel at the last minute, or do not arrive for your booking, we retain 100% of the payment and no refund is issued.
