Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund, subject to a nominal processing fee of INR 500 per room (or standard international equivalent) and any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred.
For cancellations made between 30 and 45 days prior to check-in, a 30% retention fee applies. The remaining 70% of the total payment will be refunded, excluding any non-refundable guarantee deposits.
Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The balance of 50% will be refunded, less applicable standard expenses.
For cancellations made 7 to 15 days before the scheduled arrival, an 85% penalty will be charged. The remaining 15% will be refunded, minus any incurred guarantee expenses.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, as well as last-minute cancellations or no-shows, will be subject to a 100% retention charge with no refund issued.
